By using this website (“Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”), including all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the Site.

This Site is owned and operated by Ayurveda Textiles LLC, doing business as Aura Academy.

2. Eligibility

This Site is intended for use by individuals aged 18 years or older. By accessing or using this Site, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Description of Services

Aura Academy provides educational materials, yoga teachings, Vedic philosophy content, classes (live, recorded, and in-person), handcrafted hardgoods, and digital media such as documentaries available for:

- One-time purchase (lifetime access)

- Rental or time-limited streaming

- Membership or subscription access

All materials are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All Site content, including videos, documentaries, courses, text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and digital downloads,is owned by Ayurveda Textiles LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not:

- Copy, reproduce, record, distribute, publish, or broadcast any Content without prior written consent.

- Share or resell any paid content, class, or digital media.

- Remove copyright notices or alter digital watermarks.

Aura Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse intellectual property, or engage in fraudulent or disruptive behavior.

6. Payments

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Square, and PayPal. Aura Academy does not store credit-card details.

Affiliates are compensated through PayPal under separate terms. In-person transactions may be accepted at events or festivals.

7. Refund Policy

Digital Products & Documentary Viewings:
All digital sales are final. Once access is granted, whether by purchase, rental, or subscription, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Physical Goods (Hardgoods):
Refunds may be granted for unused, undamaged items returned within thirty (30) days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Aura Academy reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet these criteria.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt unauthorized access. You must not post, transmit, or distribute any unlawful, harmful, or offensive material through this Site.

9. Health & Results Disclaimer

Our teachings and content are designed for general well-being and spiritual education. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
Consult your physician before beginning any yoga, meditation, or wellness program.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Aura Academy does not guarantee specific outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Your use of the Site and its content is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayurveda Textiles LLC, its affiliates, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada, conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

15. Modifications

Aura Academy may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions take effect upon posting with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the changes.
