1. Overview

Thank you for choosing Aura Academy.

We understand that schedules can change and unexpected circumstances arise.

This policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our classes, workshops, retreats, memberships, and digital products.

Our goal is to maintain fairness, accessibility, and the integrity of our programs while upholding clear and consistent policies for all participants.

All sales are final.

Refunds are generally not issued except as expressly stated below.

2. Digital Products, Courses & Documentary Viewings

All sales of digital materials, online classes, courses, or documentary viewings, whether one-time, rental, or subscription-based, are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience technical issues accessing purchased content, please contact us at [email protected], and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide equivalent replacement content.

3. Classes & Workshops

No refunds are issued for single or series class purchases.

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, a credit valid for 30 days may be issued and applied toward another class, workshop, or service.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class time will not receive credit or refund.

Credits may not be transferred to another person.

Aura Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to instructor availability, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive class credit or rescheduling options.

4. Memberships & Subscriptions

Memberships and subscription programs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

To cancel a recurring membership, written notice must be provided to [email protected] at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.

Credits, extensions, or refunds are not issued for missed classes, unused time, or late cancellations.

Access to membership materials ends immediately upon cancellation of the membership term.

5. Trainings & Certification Programs

All training program sales are final once the program begins.

If you cancel before the training start date, you may contact [email protected] to discuss possible credit options, which are subject to approval at Aura Academy’s discretion.

If a training is canceled or rescheduled by Aura Academy, participants will be offered credit or transfer to a future program of equal value.

6. Retreats & Travel-Based Programs

Retreat deposits and payments are non-refundable.

If a participant must cancel due to a documented emergency (such as medical issues or family crisis), Aura Academy may, at its sole discretion, apply a partial credit toward a future retreat or similar offering.

In cases where Aura Academy must cancel or postpone a retreat due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, travel restrictions, or force majeure circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, or political unrest), registered participants will be offered a credit or reschedule option.

Aura Academy is not responsible for any third-party costs incurred by participants (such as flights, transportation, lodging, or meals) in the event of retreat cancellation or schedule change.

7. Hardgoods & Merchandise

Refunds are available for unused, undamaged hardgoods returned within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returned items must be in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.

8. Force Majeure

Aura Academy and Ayurveda Textiles LLC are not liable for cancellations, rescheduling, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

- Natural disasters

- Acts of God

- War, strikes, or labor disputes

- Health emergencies or epidemics

- Internet outages or technology disruptions

- Government orders or travel restrictions

In such cases, Aura Academy may offer credit, rescheduling, or digital alternatives at its discretion. Monetary refunds will not be issued.

9. Administrative Fees

In cases where Aura Academy agrees to process a discretionary refund or credit, a 10% administrative fee may be applied to cover transaction and processing costs.

11. Agreement to Policy

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any Aura Academy offering, whether digital or in-person, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Aura Academy reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
